Consultation Services

H2O Parks consultation services are advisory services to help improve the effectiveness of the management, operations, or process of the project by assessing project needs and reviewing project functions, plans and directions. Consultation services helps organizations assess, design and implement appropriate and effective solutions.

Our consultation services will include the following:

• Client Engagement: problem definition, resources required time frame, stakeholders identified and scope of target system defined. Also a criterion for success is drafted.
• Stakeholder Engagement: stakeholders are defined as anyone who is affected, either directly or indirectly.
• Assessment: thorough research, including informational conversations, data collections, and analysis.
• Recommendation:  with all the data gathered, our team will construct our recommendations and a draft of an implementation plan, including time frame, resources needed, cost estimate and finalize criteria for the success of the project.
• Implementation:  with the recommendations finalized we will then implement the changes we have made, and the strategies we want to go ahead with. This will result in an implementation plan.
• Evaluation: we will have an evaluation at the mid point of the project, to determine if we are on course and budget. At projects end a formal evaluation is conducted with our client’s involvement.
